Kothar Skran - Villain

DESCRIPTION: 

A war prisoner on the watch of Thon Potts, Kothar Skran is a mutant and was the one who sent word about Potts’ location to the Necromancer.
 

Skran may think help was sent for his aid, but he is just another pawn on the Necromancer’s master plan.
